I woke up at 8 am. I fell asleep at 1 am. 7 hours sleep done. I had to wake up twice during the night. But 1 am is not good. I should sleep by 12 or 11.30 pm. I could sleep till 8 am because my mom is at my place for 2 days. You become lazy automatically when mom pampers you.
Then I followed 2MAD. I had pav bhaji in both meals. Homemade pav bhaji. But it has butter. Lets see. I walked today around 2000 steps and 2000 steps during household work.
My child had a vaccine today. I am having cold also. A lot of it. But it happens to me. When I do something for my body, it starts responding. I get cough, cold and fever also. This is body throwing away mucus stuck in body. Its a good sign. Can't give up. This time surprisingly I had no fever. I guess new moms do not feel sick because we are so focused on the child's needs.
In fact I oiled and shampooed my hair today.
Also, since I am following 2MAD, there is only one option left in between. And that's water.
I am drinking a lot of water. Its happening effortlessly. I now realise, I was not drinking enough water.
Today morning when I checked i had lost only 100 grams of weight. Later I checked again. It showed 200 gms loss. I hope I lose 300 gms each day. I have planned some activity also for this. Hope it works.
I read 1 or 2 pages of Atomic Habits also. Wonderful book. I remember one statement.
When a flight is departing from Los Angeles, and pilot happens to make a small mistake and the aeroplane is diverted by an angle by 3.5 degrees. The plane will land in Washington DC instead of Newyork. So, same way, smallest of your habits (good or bad) will decide your future.
Truth is so bitter.
