I did have 3 meals yesterday . I had fruits in my third meal as I was feeling a bit down. Yet I lost 300 grams.
This made me really happy. I slept well but not on time.
I continued reading Atomic habits. But could not read much.
In my younger age, I would start reading after dinner and then I would keep reading till 3 am , 2 am. But it was novels and stuff mostly.
Miss those days!!
So far I have lost 750 Grams (date 9 Feb 2026)
