What foods might be causing inflammation in my body..
1. Bottle guard
2. Milk
3. Marie biscuits
4. Farsaan
5. Sev
6. Puffed rice
7. Flaked rice
8. Spicy chutney which comes with idli
9. Wheat roti
10. White bread
11. Sugar / sweets in any way
It will help a lot to avoid all these.
