Exactly after 125 days from tomorrow, it will be my birthday.
Since 2 days, I am following 2 MAD (2 Meals A Day). It helps reduce the insulin resistance.
I have also started sleeping better. I have to wake up twice or thrice to feed my child.
I can not take a nap during the day as the little one needs attention.
Today also I could follow 2 MAD. And it ultimately leads you to drink lots of water.
I hit my target today and yesterday.
I am sure, tomorrow morning also, the numbers on my weighing scale won't disappoint me.
I will track my progress here for next 125 days.
My target is to lose 300 gms each day. But in last 2 days, I lost 150 gms each day. I am not unhappy. But i need to increase my activity.
I heard a very beautiful statement by a tV anchor during 26th Jan 2026 parade. He said_
" when you work hard, it shows up.
And when you don't work hard, it shows up too."
It just hit me hard.
