Feb 12, 2026 (Day 5 of 125)

I did not really follow anything for weight loss. I can follow dixit diet at least which is having only 2 meals a day. It reduces insulin resistance and activates glucagon which is a fat eating harmone. 

I never really followed anything for more than 15 days. 7 days actually in order to lose weight. Plus there has been a lot of stress. But how many days should I give these excuses...
